What format do you need the logos in?

We like to have a vector file. This includes .EPS, .CDR, .AI, .PDF. If your format is not listed, please call and ask.

Why do you ask for vector artwork?

Vector art allows us to change the colors to spot colors, eliminate colors, or add colors. It also prints using lines instead of pixels for a clearer, nicer image. The better the artwork, the better the finished product looks.

Do I have to order a minimum number of pieces when I embroider?

Yes, you have to order at least one!! We do orders from 1 piece to hundreds.

Do I have to order a minimum number of pieces when I screen print?

Screen printing does have a 6 piece minimum on a 1-color design or a 12 piece minimum on 2-colors.  The more colors or locations you need will change the minimum number of garments needed for printing.  Ask us for help with this question.

How does the 100% Polyester fabrics look after you have embroidered them?

Polyester fabrics are more sensitive but they should look just like any of the other fabrics.

How long would it take to get my order complete?

When do you need it?  Different times of the year are busier than others so don’t wait too long. We always try to make your deadlines.

What color threads do you have?

What color do you want.  We have just about anything you can think of.

What color inks do you have?

Ink colors can be mixed to just about any color, just like going to the store to pick out paint colors.

Is there an extra charge to have special ink colors?

We do not charge to mix special PMS colors when you have more than 48 pieces. We do have a lot of stock colors so you might not need to have a special color. Ask us to see the color swatches.

Do you have stock of any of the items?

Our backroom is full of “extras”.  You can buy anything we stock or order with or without logos.  If we don’t have it, usually it only takes a couple of days to order it in.  ASK US!
